We’ve got around 20 developers, and most of them have been with Softoria for over 5 years. They don’t just write code — they live their projects. Every dev is assigned to a specific product and grows together with it: from MVP to full-scale platform. And beyond the keyboard — some of our devs 3D-print drone parts, assemble them, and send them to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Real-life engineers and real-life heroes.
