Who we are
Our support team has about 20 people who’ve mastered the balance between technical expertise and human connection. Average response time? 47 seconds. Satisfaction rate? 93.8%.
We train every support member with care — and many of them grow into new roles across the company. This is where great careers begin.
About team
We’ve got around 20 developers, and most of them have been with Softoria for over 5 years. They don’t just write code — they live their projects. Every dev is assigned to a specific product and grows together with it: from MVP to full-scale platform.
And beyond the keyboard — some of our devs 3D-print drone parts, assemble them, and send them to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Real-life engineers and real-life heroes.

Our QA team breaks things so our users don’t have to. They click all the weird buttons, enter things no one should enter, and somehow always manage to crash features you thought were perfect. Bug hunters, edge-case detectives, and the true unsung heroes of every clean release.
