ZoogVPN is looking for a Junior SEO Specialist who is ready to grow fast. It’s important to be prepared to dive deep into Google SEO and other search engines, not shy away from new challenges, and be open to entering new markets. Our product is already localized for 15+ regions, and we plan to expand even further. If you’re passionate about search engines, data, experiments, and want to always stay on top of things – this role is for you.
In your first months with us, you’ll receive qualified support from an experienced SEO specialist who will guide and advise you.
Responsibilities:
- Performing on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, content optimization, technical site signals
- Supporting off-page SEO: assisting with outreach, link monitoring, supporting digital PR
- Monitoring rankings, indexation, search performance, and competitor activity
- Collaborating with the technical, content, and product teams to drive organic traffic growth
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (how search engines crawl, index, and rank pages)
- Knowledge of SEO monitoring tools (Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Ability to track technical changes and performance fluctuations
- Understanding of web basics: HTTP codes, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags
- Ability to index/deindex URLs and understanding of the implications
- Analytical mindset
- Not afraid of new tasks and ready to learn quickly
