We invite you to join our team as a Customer Support Manager (ZoogVPN project) to provide high-quality technical support to our clients.
Full-time! Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Our expectations:
- Providing technical support in English or Chinese via tickets and chat.
- Written English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Chinese proficiency at Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to multitask.
- Friendliness, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in Ukrainian.
Before starting work, you will undergo training with our mentor.
